1. Shipping Availability

We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

(Custom/pre-booking items may take longer; customers will be informed.)

3. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 8-14 working days, depending on the location and courier service.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on location & weight.

• Charges will be informed before billing.

• No Cash on Delivery (COD) — Prepaid only.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after full payment.

Payment screenshot must be shared to confirm booking.

6. Tracking Details

Tracking ID will be shared via DM/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Customers can check real-time status using the tracking link.

7. Delay Disclaimer

Courier delays due to weather, festivals, strikes, or logistics issues are beyond our control.

We assure continuous support until delivery.

8. Address Responsibility

Please provide correct and complete address with pincode & phone number.

We are not responsible for delays or returns due to wrong/incomplete address details.

9. Return to Sender (RTS)

If a parcel returns due to incorrect address / customer unavailability,

reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
