1. Return Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear opening-video proof.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be given for:

• Color variation (slight differences due to lighting/screens)

• Change of mind

• Sale/discounted items

• Sarees/products that have been used, washed, or altered

• Stitched, customized or pre-ordered items

3. Refund Process

• Share your opening video, order number, and issue details to our WhatsApp contact number or avalVastram@gmail.com

• After verification, refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

4. Timeframe

Once approved, refunds may take 1-2 working days to reflect in your bank/UPI, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Pickup

• For defective/wrong items, return shipping will be handled or reimbursed by us.

• Customers must securely pack the product for return.

6. Final Decision

Aval Vastram reserves the right to approve or reject a refund after inspection of the returned product.
